Its nice to hear comments from you!

Lately, comments have been posted in this blog. Its really nice to hear comments from you. This is an indication that there are some who are really reading blogs. I want to share it some comments. Here it goes:

On black out day in Dumaguete. A certain Rodelyn said, Yes! you're certainly right...people who are engaged in business will definitely have a low income for days like that. Most especially those dealing with electricity in their businesses will have a hard time gaining such amount of revenues they got when there is electricity. As in my part as a student, its really hard for me when brown out occur, i really can't study my lesson for the next day especially when there is exam...and it causes many inconvenience and many people are affected...

Jezreel on the other hand shared how the frequent loss of power affected her as a student. She said, I am also affected when there is a brownout, especially if it would take a whole day for the brownout to occur. I cannot concentrate on my studies because w/o the electric fan it is so hot in our bhaus. It is so sad to know that the source of electricity is located near dumaguete. Yet, were experiencing brownouts. Surely businesses who rely on the electricity would be very affected. Hopefully that these brownouts would not worsen because many people would be affected.

Franz shared the same sintement. He said, not only the business people are suffering from these blackouts, alsothe workaholic (ehem) studes like me...there are large and overwhelming assignmentssss and projectssssuch as this to work for,, & without having this electric current at hand especially in times of examinations we willprobably, exactly rather fail the exam we are facing.I have a friend who has complained about it (blackout which came along prior to her exam), she said she has to cram the next day because she was not fully equipped to take the exam because of the blackout...The pipzz who are held responsible to these occurrences should take necessary actions for the benefit of the Dumagueteńos =)

On business plan... I truely believe that the business plan is the blueprint of the business. It is your basis on planning your goals, where will you get your capital and other plans on how you can gain profit or how you can expand your business. Organizing is also important in the business through proper management. Proper leading of the employees is also necessary. And lastly is the proper control of the business. Is it easy for you sir to manage your own business.?

How about you? It's your time to share your thoughts!

Yes it is true that during brownout many works are paralyzed particularly in business.

I agreed all your comments and sentiments but we have to consider also that the Noreco 11 needs to have maintenance to avoid disaster.

brownouts or blackouts are just a burden to the community. Why would it take one whole day of blackout and frequently once a week?

Noreco, PNOC, NAPOCOR should have a joint maintenance or any clearing operations so that establishments would not close and shut down money flow in the economy.

regarding the brownout...its really bad somtimes especially if there some events here in dgte and masses every sunday are effective...but in the other side its also neccesary to maintain smooth service of the noreco especailly in the weekdays...

Yes..i agreed too! that during brownouts and blackouts there are many important matters and transactions were delayed and erased.

Another is it caused uncomfortable conditions to us specially during night time.

Furthermore, if it is immediately happened it causes high bills and one reason some appliances are destroyed or damaged.

For me, Its too burden...for all the people of dumaguete city. why? because many transaction will affected such as the businessman, the flow of economic will decrease..and for the student like me, its really hard to study without electricity i can't concentrate what i wanted to do.

Its really importance to have an electricity..its help us a lot. I would rather suggest that PNOC,NAPOCOR,NORECO helping each other to monitor the power for maintaining the supply of electricity to avoid black-out.

My comments Business Plan. Every person whose in their mind are to engage business and build independent businesses, we know that business is big obstacle of us regards of running a business, you need a capital if you don’t have a capital you cannot engage in business industry...

The frequent loss of power affected my life as a student specially during night time when I'm in my room studying my lessons I cannot continue because of black out. In fact, of the delayed happened it also affects the entire family, they were not able to pursue their wants during brown out.

As far as I concern and as what I have read....It is a big insult to us, Filipino. We have been degraded by some individuals not even knowing what we can and what we have for them. Yet, Filipinos are the most hospitable people. And what a hell are they doing, maybe they are just blind enough to see the great service that we can offer for the many.
The damage has been done already, what we should do now is to show them that we really are worthy...and that we are not as low and as easy as what they think... We must stand above these diversities, because I do believe that we still have the "integrity and credibility".

It is definitely true that black outs here in Dumaguete cause much annoyance to the people especially those engage in business. But on my behalf, this is both a poignant thing and at the same time a bliss.
Poignant in the sense that i could not do the necessary things that i am supposed to do such as studying. A bliss because my family can at least save energy/electricity and at same time money...hehehe

yeah!As a student its very difficult during brownout because we cant study our lessons specialy during exams...

But we can not put all our blames to the NORECO 2 its because there are such kinds of problems that they can not control like typhoons coming to our country.

true enough that brownouts causes a lot of delay and inconvenience to some, especially to big businesses. but as a student it is not an excuse for us to blame this damn brownouts not to study our lessons, it is even a great challenge for us when we experience this kind of problem on how to handle as such.

NORECO is doing something with this problem as what i have heard over the radio, they are even doing their best for the benefit of their consumers.

As far as I concern as a Filipino, that statement has created a big damage to us Filipino especially those in medical profession. How dare them to discriminate us....? But since the damage has been done, then hate not! nor let's prove to them! What they think to us is wrong...! For all the Filipino especially those in medical profession, don't take it seriously, but take this as a challenge that will motivate us to change what they have thought about us (Filipinos). And again to all Filipinos, together let us prove to them that they are wrong...! And for the people who think negative to all Filipinos, "Watch Out!"...

My comment and opinion about the frequent brownouts in Dumaguete is pretty much similr to other students. It's not just inconvenient and uncomfortable to study during those times, it's also difficult to complete a project requiring us to use the internet. Will and can our teachers understand that and give us extra time to complete it. Can NORECO explain why on a nice sunny day often the power goes sometimes for few minutes and sometimes longer? It seems even after a couple of minutes of strong wind or rain we lose electricity. Why?
