The Pylon, the official yearbook of the Negros Oriental State University System brings the yearbook to the next level by launching the first interactive yearbook yesterday at the Audio Visual Room.
Every year the university is producing a yearbook for the graduating students as a means to relive the memories/experiences during their stay at the university. Since the yearbook was produced more than twenty years ago, changes have been made to meet the expectations of every batch. From an all black and white yearbook to a full color yearbook in 2000. Last year, the pylon made a history by releasing the first yearbook before graduation. This year, the pylon staff is committed to bring the yearbook to the next level. The interactive yearbook.
An interactive yearbook does not replace the traditional yearbook or the printed yearbook. It serves as a supplement integrated with audio, video, graphics. One thing that makes the interactive yearbook very special is that, it is created and developed by the pylon staff. The talents and skills of the staff are utilized. So we can say, it is truly NORSU made!
Kudos to the pylon staff for this innovative project!

two thumbs up!" to the Pylon Staff for their innovativeness for coming up with this new "interactive yearbook". This project is really "in" with the kind of trend and society that we have now 'cause almost everything was already a technology-access and, this really suits its use and importance at this times. Say "goodbye" for those tiring moments in carrying a big and heavy yearbooks, and say "hello!" to the new interactive yearbook with its easy-to-carry and portable type.Because all mem'ries are already stored only in a usual cd.
